Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Cleaning Fees: A $250 cleaning fee is added to each booked stay. Fee will be assessed and shown at the end of the booking process.
Dogs Welcome: At Shady Pines Harbor Springs we understand our dogs are part of the family, and should enjoy family vacations with the rest of us. We also understand that dogs require additional attention in our cleaning process to ensure the cleanliness of our place for the next guest. An additional $45 fee is asked for each furry family member; with a maximum of 2 allowed. Please read all of the Dog Rules prior to booking.
